Description: An ultralight indoor floater
Designed by Dave Robelen, the Walker is an ultralight indoor flyer that will cruise at walking speed. As a result of its very tight turning capability, it requires a space no larger than 12×16 feet. Although built very light, the Walker can easily withstand collisions without sustaining any damage. For those who can master the light construction, the required flying skills are very basic. The piloting technique places more emphasis on manipulating the throttle than just barreling around wide open. The Walker lifts off from a standing start in about 4 feet and has a very peppy rate of climb.
