Taylor Craft 1940 BL50

Designed by Henry Haffke, the 1940 Taylorcraft BL-50 is a scale model of the plane Henry soloed in when he was 16 years old. It is a typical stick and former model using balsa and plywood construction and the original model is covered with 21st Century painted fabric from Coverite. It has dummy scale engine cylinders for static display. You remove the RC engine and install the two left cylinders. The cabin doors are optional should you want to detail the interior of the cabin.
